These pancakes are SO delicious. You can't go wrong with a classic! I saw someone making these and thought coconut pancakes are a great way to try something new. So I tweaked the recipe and hey presto! These are light pancakes but surprisingly quite filling. Chocolate Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop chocolate whey protein 1 tsp milled flaxseeds 1 tsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1 banana Splash of milk Method: In an oven proof dish, mash the banana and add all other ingredients.
