Banana Pancakes

These were up there with the best pancakes I’ve ever made.
We’re definitely a pancake household and I love to experiment with new ways of making them.
Ingredients:-
1 cup of wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
1 and 1/2 mashed bananas
1 egg- 3/4 cup of milk
How to make:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2. In a separate bowl, add mashed banana, milk and egg
3. Mix both the wet and dry ingredients
4. Add a little oil to a nonstick pan and heat on medium - high heat
5. Flip once you start to see bubbles appearing
6. Serve with toppings of your choice
These contain more fibre than regular pancakes and are so tasty and fluffy! I can’t recommend them enough! The kids will love them too!
