Chocolate Protein Scrambled Oats

This is literally what I eat most days as I love them so much!


They're super versatile and can be adapted with any flavour. You also don't need to add the banana if you don't like them. Just add a little milk so the mixture isn't as dry.


This recipe contains around 40g of protein and 17g of fibre!








Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup of oats

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of milled flaxseed

  • 1 egg

  • 1 mashed banana

  • Extra virgin olive oil for cooking


Method:


  1. Mash banana in a bowl

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix

  3. Add oil to the pan and pour mixture

  4. Scramble like you would eggs, and cook until the consistency is no longer wet

  5. Serve with Greek yoghurt and fruit
