Scrambled Oats

If you’ve seen my Instagram stories you’ll know I’m obsessed with scrambled oats. They are full of fibre and are so adaptable. You have to try them!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium mashed banana
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 1 teaspoon of milled flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract or essence
- 1 medium egg
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Add oil to a frying pan
- Pour all the mixture into the pan
- Turn over after when the edges start to form slightly (this should only be around 30 seconds)
- Scramble like you would eggs
- Serve with yoghurt, fruit and seeds for extra protein and fibre
