Chocolate Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein

  • 1 tsp milled flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 banana

  • Splash of milk


Method:


  • In an oven proof dish, mash the banana and add all other ingredients. Stir until combined.

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 170 degrees celcius

  • Take out and serve with toppings of your choice. I top mine with Greek yoghurt, flaked almonds, blueberries and a drizzle of honey

These baked oats contain around 37g of protein and 10g of fibre (minus the toppings). That's a third of your daily fibre intake!
